Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, giving you time to test your new equipment like a pro testing string tension. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn/unused with tags attached)
  • In original packaging (especially important for racquets like Babolat or Blade series)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Some specialty items swing beyond our return policy:

Pack your items securely in the original packaging, just like we’d package your new Adidas apparel. Include all tags and accessories.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:
